(16 Devito Court) A second floor, one bedroom condo located just off of Atlantic Avenue. Only 190 steps to Wells Beach with both ocean and marsh views. Numerous recent improvements and updates to this condo including new flooring, new kitchen countertop and sink, and new couch and recliner. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, regular coffee maker, and keurig machine. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. There is a full bath with a tub and shower. There is a 40" flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player. Wireless internet access is also available. There is a shared deck, picnic area with gas grill, and a in-ground pool with a patio. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS ALLOWED IS 3 (ONLY 1 person on the sleep sofa) with parking for 1 vehicle. A security deposit of $200 is required. There are no pets or smoking allowed. A cleaning fee may be applied to shorter stays. |
