There is a twin sleep sofa on the enclosed porch, a full size sleep sofa in the living room, as well as a full size futon in the living room. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, keurig machine, toaster, blender, and microwave. There are two 42 flat screen TVs with DVD players, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. There are wood and tile flooring throughout this property (no carpet). There are two decks, one overlooking the salt marsh and the other overlooking the ocean, with ample seating to relax and enjoy the summer air. There is a tidal beach just a short walk down the road from the condo. This property accommodates up to 6 people. Parking is either on the street or in the backyard of the house via the shared driveway to the right of the property. There are no pets or smoking allowed. A security deposit of $500 is required. |
