The open concept kitchen/dining/living areas spill right out to the spacious oceanfront deck. There is even a spectacular 3 season porch to use for seal and bird watching or just laughing at the waves. Members of your party will need to draw straws to decide the lucky 2 who get to sleep in this glassed gallery and awaken to the bold Atlantic. There is also a generous back yard with that same breathtaking ocean view. The master bedroom has an Ocean View queen bed and the guest bedroom contains 4 twin bunk beds. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and of course a lobster pot with utensils. There is a washer and dryer, cable TV and wireless internet access. Tidal Crescent Beach and Moody Beach are only 10 minute walks away, while Wells and Ogunquit beaches are just a 5 minute drive. The maximum number of people allowed in total is 6 with parking for 2 vehicles. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required. There are no pets or smoking allowed at the property.
