(WELLS BEACH)  A ONE bedroom cottage located less than a minute away from Public Way #2 on sandy Wells beach.  The master bedroom is on the first floor with a queen bed.  There is also an upstairs UNHEATED loft bedroom  There is a screened-in porch/sitting area at the front of the property.  The kitchen is fully supplied with everything you need to eat and cook with as well as a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and regular coffee maker.  Plowing, trash, water, sewer and Internet included.  There is one air conditioner and some fans are provided.  The maximum number of people allowed at the property is 2 with parking for 2 vehicles.  A security deposit of One Month’s Rent is required.  There are no pets or smoking allowed.  For more pictures visit our website, www.garnsey.com, and look for the property labeled “Coastal #8”.
