(58 Atlantic Avenue) This 2 bedroom cottage is located in a condominium complex just across the street from Wells Beach. It is a stand alone cottage, with 2 bedrooms, a 3/4 bath (shower only), and an open kitchen/dining/ living room area. The kitchen is fully supplied with everything you need to eat and cook with including a microwave, toaster, Kuerig and drip coffee maker, and a blender. The master bedroom has a double bed and the guest bedroom has a bunkbed with a twin lofted over a full bed. A cot is available upon request. There is cable TV, a DVD player, and wireless internet access. There is a window air conditioner in the living room. There is a shared picnic area with a charcoal grill and picnic tables. The maximum number of people allowed in this unit is 4 with parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway (one behind the other). A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required. There are no pets or smoking allowed on the property.
