The master bathroom is directly off the master bedroom with a Jacuzzi. The laundry area is also on the second floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to eat and cook with as well as a microwave, dishwasher, lobster pot, blender, keurig machine, and regular coffee maker. The first floor has the other two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. The house has 1 TV with cable, wireless internet access, 2 air conditioners as well as ceiling fans. There is a gas grill outdoors as well as a cold and hot water shower. A maximum of 6 people is allowed at this property with parking for 3 vehicles. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required. No pets or smoking are allowed.
