(5 Bell Ln) – Winter Rental Oct 15 – May 15. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom two story home is located a few minutes walk from Public Access Way #2 on Moody Beach. There is 1 queen bedroom on the second floor master suite with a full bath. On the main floor , bedroom #2 has a full bed and bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. There is also a 3/4 bath (shower only) on the main floor. The kitchen is fully supplied with cooking utensils as well as pots, pans, dishes, a microwave and regular coffee maker. There are three TV’s thorughout the house and wireless internet access. There are two seperate decks along with a patio set and gas grill. This is a great location for families looking for a quiet getaway walking distance to the beach. The maximum number of people allowed is 6 with parking for 2 vehicles. There are no pets or smoking/vaping allowed.
